30 Days Until “I Do”? Here Is What You Need To Do!

The last month of wedding planning can often be the most hectic. So, to help keep you calm we’ve organized your remaining tasks into one simple list.

1. Confirm your final guest count and table count.
After you receive all of your RSVPs then it’s time to organize your seating arrangements. Once confirmed, you’ll need to order place cards / escort cards and share your final numbers with your wedding planner so they can pass the information along to the rest of your vendors.

2. Purchase all last-minute items for your wedding.
This includes toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife set, cake topper, ring bearer pillow and/or flower girl basket.

3. Make final payments to your vendors.
Almost every wedding vendor requests final payment in the weeks leading up to your big day. Be sure to close out your balance and determine which of your vendors went above and beyond to earn themselves a gratuity.

4. Create a wedding day timeline.
Every wedding day and timeline is different. The flow of the day is truly based on the preferences of each couple (Do they want to take formal photos before or after the ceremony? When will they make speeches? When will the dancing begin?). Work with your wedding planner to create a clear and concise timeline that works for you and your vision. Then share that timeline with your family, wedding party and vendors.

5. Meet with your wedding planner to hand over all your wedding day items (toasting glasses, cake topper, place cards, etc.) then sit back and enjoy your wedding!
